Below you will find information on each university's blog as well as a link to their site. So far I have noticed two different types of blogs created by a university for their students: 1) normal blogs and 2) admissions blogs. Blogs qualify to be listed if students are blogging using their university as a web host where any student at that university can create a blog. If you are looking for admissions blogs go here.

Princeton University
Princeton's main website for blogs is lacking pretty substantially. There is no easy to find directory listing of other blogs at Princeton and it is rarely updated. The site states "we are staying away from creating individual blogs of a non-academic nature." The directory of faculty blogs and academic blogs is located here. Some of the academic and faculty blogs are pretty good and the design is flexible.

John Hopkins University
John Hopkins' blog page is really lacking. It feels more like a spam site than a blog directory and portal. However there is flexibility regarding themes.
